job IT stores saved-job identifiers in your browser. Up to 200 favourites are kept in the same browser; clearing site data removes them. Displaying favourites sends their job identifiers to job IT to retrieve those public listings. Candidates do not need an account and cannot upload a CV here. Applying opens an external employer or source website, which handles your application under its own privacy terms.
Named search filters are saved in this browser using localStorage. When you enable Remember my filters, job IT also stores the last applied search criteria for your next visit. Saving and applying a named filter enables this preference; you can turn it off at any time. Filters are available in the same browser on the same device and are not automatically synchronized between devices. You can delete named filters here or remove all these settings by clearing this site’s browser data. Shared search links contain the search criteria, but not your saved-job identifiers or the name you gave a filter. Applying a filter sends its criteria to job IT to retrieve matching jobs; anyone you share the link with can see those criteria.
The skills self-check and personal budget calculator use no account, make no network request for your answers, and do not save those answers. Optional currency and city data are retrieved by the server without your calculator inputs. The public employer widget has no login session, advertising or tracking code; ordinary hosting access logs may still record its requests.
Advertiser accounts and feeds
When you sign in with a configured Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn or Facebook connection, job IT receives your provider account identifier, name and the email address made available by that provider. job IT does not receive your provider password. Email sign-in stores your email address and a short-lived hashed link token bound to the requesting browser. Links expire after ten minutes, can be used once, and require explicit confirmation. Expired link records are removed by scheduled maintenance. Connected sign-in methods are associated only after you confirm your current account and the additional identity; matching emails do not merge accounts automatically. Your profile stores your company, website, country and contact email. We also store your acceptance of the terms, account activity, feed URLs, domain-verification results, imported jobs and promotion settings to operate your account.
Feed URLs can contain access tokens. Use a dedicated read-only feed URL, never a URL containing a password or unrelated confidential information. Your job content and application links become public after publication approval. If enabled, your careers headline, company description, team, benefits and hiring process are public too; your contact email is not part of the careers page. Feed connection settings are shown within your account and are accessible to the site operator.
Payments and advertising records
Stripe hosts checkout and the billing portal. job IT stores Stripe customer and transaction identifiers, purchased products, payment status, accepted discounts, subscription periods and credit entries. Card numbers and card security codes are entered on Stripe, not stored by job IT.
For paid placements, job IT keeps the listing information presented with the placement, its placement type, date and credit cost. A pseudonymous identifier derived from the visitor session helps avoid repeat charges. Security rate limits use hashed identifiers derived from account or network information. Reports shown to advertisers contain their own listing snapshots and aggregated counts; they do not reveal visitor session identifiers or individual candidate identities.
Verification, cookies and external services
A necessary session cookie supports sign-in, form security and repeat-view checks. Cloudflare Turnstile performs abuse checks on protected forms and before a paid-ad session; its service receives technical browser and network information. Your selected Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn or Facebook service handles social sign-in; the configured email delivery service sends passwordless sign-in links, and Stripe handles payment and billing pages. These services have their own privacy notices. job IT serves its fonts locally and does not include a third-party analytics or advertising-network SDK.
The hosting provider may retain access and security logs. Application links and source links take you away from job IT. Read the destination's notice before supplying personal information.
Campaign enquiries
The campaign form collects the company, role, location, salary, work email, website, skills and description you submit, plus your consent, chosen language and submission date. The site operator uses these details to review and answer your enquiry. Enquiries are kept for up to 90 days unless further retention is agreed for an active business relationship.
Access, closure and retention
You can export your advertiser account data from Settings. Account closure stops publication and promotion and revokes access. First stop subscription renewal in Billing and wait until the subscription has ended. Complete or cancel any pending checkout before closing the account. Closing an account does not automatically erase billing history or issue a refund.
Account details remain stored while the account is active. After closure, the operator reviews a request to erase personal information; payment, credit and paid-placement records may need to remain for accounting, disputes or applicable retention obligations. Contact the operator below about access, correction, deletion or a remaining purchased credit balance. This release does not automatically erase closed-account financial records.
